Conor has varied experience in the Roadworks and Groundworks sector.
Having started his career as an Engineer on sites, he progressed to Contractual Management roles prior to establishing Stepford Contracts.
His role involves the strategic development of the business into new and existing markets.
Michael Brady
Michael advises and develops strategies to ensure the business adapts and evolves through its life cycle.
He achieves this through development of client relationships, employee standards and our in house vehicle/plant fleet.
Zara Harvey
Zara establishes and maintains relationships with our trusted suppliers and clients.
She also maintains our financial systems, procedures and accounts.
Edward Fold
Eddie’s experience in the sector spans 25 years – specialising in groundworks, concreting and drainage.
Prior to joining Stepford Contracts, Eddie had a notably successful career at some of the UK’s largest Groundworks and Civil Engineering Main Contractors.
