When I found Stepford Group in 2019, my ambition was straightforward: to build a civil engineering business that clients could trust to deliver professionally and to a consistently high standard, in an indsutry where quality can be a second thought. 

Quality remains at the heart of how we work. We take the time to understand our clients’ requirements, plan properly and communicate clearly throughout every project. That approach helps us deliver successful outcomes and build lasting relationships. Many of our clients continue to work with us because they know they will receive a dependable, straightforward service from a team that takes genuine pride in the work it delivers.

I am proud of how Stepford has developed, but I am particularly grateful to our staff who have made that growth possible. We continue to invest in training and development across the business, with a strong emphasis on promoting from within, developing capability and creating long-term career opportunities for our team.

As the business grows, so does our commitment to the communities in which we work. During 2026 and into 2027, we aim to support local charities through Glasgow, North and South Lanarkshire.

We are excited about the next stage of Stepford’s growth and look forward to strengthening existing relationships, building new partnerships and continuing to deliver work that our clients and our team can be proud of.
